the stucco is on and is curing. a few weeks from now the colour, a cream one, will go on. it looks good…so far.
jason is still hard at work on the roof. he’s got all of it down except the ridge tiles (the ones that run along the very top). these lay different than the others and have proven to be difficult. however, he’s very smart so i’m sure he’ll figure something out. the roof looks amazing…i think i might have to admit that it’s my favourite thing about the house!
when leaving the last time, i noticed the driveway entrance was washed out. i don’t know if this is just from heavy rain. or the pumping station up the road from us. or a combination of both. i do know there were two frogs living on that side of the culvert…i hope the little guys didn’t get smooshed by the gravel!
